  My credit card was mis- charged 3 times though your system and I have to take time out to go to the Palo Alto shop to fix it. After half an hour waiting the store manager helped me to cancel the wrong charges and my memebership, but said it wasn’t Yoga works fault and she only helped out.
  
  It is your fault if I give you my credit card and you’re charging it without me knowing!!! Crazy business!!!
