  It takes a lot for me to get this upset but Grace Dental has done it. They have to most incompetent front office staff, I got my scan done at Stanford and flowed up via phone, email and text with Rachael probably about 25x to make sure the office had everything they needed for the procedure. Despite all this they kept sending me info with someone else's record, quoting using wrong insurance and basically getting everything mixed up, such incompetence is shocking from a medical office. I was going in for oral surgery! When I finally came in for my wisdom teeth surgery Dr. Kwan had the nerve to try to blame me for what happened instead of taking personal responsibility for his practice. When I tried to share my concerns he was dismissive and made excuses. He went on to saying this office may not be for me. The worst patient care I've experienced! Disappointing and sad.
