  My wife and I just finished selling my parents home in Atherton and we highly recommend Menlo Atherton Reality. Todd and Inna Beardsley were professional and yet enjoyable from the very start of the process through the selling and escrow procedure and they guided us every step of the way. Although we live an hour and a half away, we felt like they were our neighbors. They communicated with us often, by email and phone. We even signed most of the documents on-line via email. We welcomed their advice and recommendations on staging, clean up and marketing. They even loaned us a pickup truck to haul some of my parents "stuff" to the Salvation Army. And the commission we paid them was the lowest of all the realtors we talked with.
  
  To sum up our experience, we would say: very professional, responsive, detailed-oriented, proactive while providing a high quality service.
  
  Would we use them again to help buy or sell a home? ABSOLUTELY!
