  The lady sitting at the front desk is rude. she looks at me with a stanky face and looks at the time like i dont know that im early for my appointment.She needs more training on CUSTOMER SERVICE. instead of welcoming me in, she talks about the drama going on at work??? i would get into detail but i dont wanna sink to HER level. Other than that my estimator (SABRINA JEFFREY) had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. SABRINA JEFFREY is GREAT AND AWSOME, MADE ME FEEL MUCH BETTER!
