  The level of customer service at the store really a swing and a miss, more times than not! I've asked a question and been told to sit tight and then not see the person again until I'm on my way out of the store without what I came for... 20 minutes later. It should give you a good idea of how the people who work there feel about their jobs. Maybe writing a bad review is enough for someone higher up to stir the pot and right their ship... Otherwise, it's a bad sign that they will likely go the way of Circuit City.

  Decent stores for purchases of all kinds of products. Mostly electronic and computer related. But also things like toys, bikes, appliances, etc. I go buy here only if I need something last minute. And I visit once in a while to see if they have any good sales. I think they are overpriced. But they will price match online retailers for the same exact product. Imo they should give you an additional 10% discount to really make it worth your time and gas to get there.
