  Negligently destroyed the car. Would not come back. Had I not parked it immediately and kept driving their error would have been fatal to the engine. They put the wrong coolant in, worse, this is standard practice at quick lube places and something I've seen in investigative reports of other establishments as well. To top it off, everyone involved with the company made damn sure none of them could be held responsible and made sure I never got anything from them for this error.
  They do not have coolant for your vehicle. They do not have air filters for your vehicle. They misuse the word 'universal' with regard to coolant and don't know or give a damn if it's actually correct to use it, they'll destroy the car before reading any manual to check. Take it from me.
