  Bought my Stella M.C backpack here. If it’s wasn’t because I had done extensive research on what backpack to get and already knew what I wanted, I would have have made a purchase there. The sales person was rude (blonde lady in a ponytail) and showed no interest in assisting. When I asked her a question about after sales service, she just said they stand by their products. Wasn’t sure what she meant by that and she has no interest in elaborating. Since I knew what I wanted and I most likely can fix any probs ( I work in luxury fashion), I decided to just get the purchase and leave the store ASAP.
